BIRTHDAYS Birthdays are very important events in a child’s life and we love to share this important day with them.  You are welcome to send along a cake, or cup cakes on your child’s birthday so that s/he may celebrate among friends, but please ensure you give us a full list of all ingredients. This is very important for children who have allergies. We will also take photos if you send along a camera.

EXCURSIONS

Gingerbread has a ‘no excursions’ policy.  We believe that it is just as beneficial, less threatening and much safer to have special guests and entertainers come to us.  Examples of some of our incursions have been drama, storytelling, musicians, puppet shows, multicultural celebrations, festivals, the duck farm (over a 2-week period) and the fabulous CSIRO Science activities for the 4’s.
